Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Alcohol is shipped from our bonded storage, so excise has been paid on your behalf.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the security seal untampered.

Change of Mind

We allow change of mind on orders up until the items are picked/packed at our facility, we cannot offer change of mind after your shipment has been lodged with Australia Post.

Additional non-returnable items:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. We do not accept items that are not in resaleable condition.

Refunds (if applicable)

Please note, if an attempt is made by Australia Post to deliver your item, and you are not home, we are not responsible for any damages, or loss of item after this point. You may be liable to cover the costs of the item being returned to our Warehouse. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you ship to us with costs at our end, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancelled Orders

Once your order is packed & postage label is processed these costs will be deducted from refund and can vary depending on destination costs of your postage label. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are despatched to Australia Post.
